Armed with that information, we build the appointment around your child rather than asking your child to fit a standard mold. We adjust the pace, the environment, the tools we use, and how we explain each step. Some children do well with a slow, narrated approach where we show before we do. Others benefit from distraction techniques or having a parent or caregiver present throughout the entire visit. We follow your child’s lead.
Some children require additional support to receive safe and effective dental care. For those patients, our children’s sedation dentistry options provide a calm, controlled way to complete necessary treatment without putting a child through a distressing experience. We discuss every sedation option with you in full before any decisions are made.
Our commitment is to keep both you and your child informed throughout the process. We know parents have questions and, in some cases, hesitations about sedation. We welcome those conversations and never move forward without your confidence and consent. Every choice we make is grounded in your child’s safety and comfort.

At Kids Dental Center, we are proud to offer the same quality of care to every child, regardless of their needs, their insurance, or their background. Our team accepts Medicaid, AHCCCS, and most PPO insurance plans. We also offer financing through CareCredit, Cherry Financing, and in-house plans, with options as low as 0% interest for up to two years. Walk-ins are welcome, and we are happy to coordinate in advance if that works better for your family.
